Bowen St. Come celebrate 50 years of Protecting Life in Jackson immediately following LifeChain in Queens parking lot. Hot dogs, beverages, cake & ice cream will be served.

Join us for the Our Lady of Fatima Parish Picnic on Sunday, Sept. 7, 11:30 AM–3 PM (food starts at noon). Meat and drinks provided -- please bring a dish to share. Enjoy fun for the whole family! Events include lawn games, tug of war, the K of C Soccer Contest, and a baking contest themed “Your Favorite Dessert.” Baking entries due to the main kitchen by 10:15 AM.

As you may have heard, Our Lady of Fatima is participating in the Stewardship for Saints & Scholars Campaign. The focus of the campaign will be to strengthen our schools, faith formation programs and our parishes.

Celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi! Join us as we honor our Eucharistic Lord in procession and song! Bishop Earl Boyea invites you to join him and clergy from around the Diocese on June 21 at 10:00am for Mass at Jackson Field (home of the Lansing Lugnuts), and a Eucharistic Procession to St. Mary Cathedral. After the procession there will be an opportunity to receive the indulgence for the Jubilee Year. From the Sunday of Pentecost to the day of the Corpus Christi Procession in Lansing on June 21st, each parish of the Diocese of Lansing, will in turn host 40 Hours of Eucharistic Adoration for the intention of bringing the Gospel of Hope to the world.

The celebration will begin a Rosary and procession at 5:30 pm, with Mass at 6:00 pm presided by Fr. Satheesh Alphonse SdC (Superior of the Servants of Charity and CEO of St. Louis Center).

Sundown on Holy Thursday to sundown on Easter Sunday is considered the most solemn part of the liturgical year. This three-day period is referred to as the Easter Triduum, also known as the Sacred Triduum, or Paschal Triduum. The Triduum “reaches its high point in the Easter Vigil, and closes with evening prayer on Easter Sunday” (The General Norms for the Liturgical Year).

Our Lady of Fatima Lenten Penance Service will be Thursday, April 3rd at 7:00 pm. Several area priests will be available that evening to hear confessions.
